1. Who This Agreement Is With
By purchasing access to DramaKiller, you enter into an agreement with Maria Hanidziarova, a sole trader registered in Slovakia ("I", "me", "my"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the DramaKiller programme.

2. What DramaKiller Is
DramaKiller is a digital audio programme delivered via email. Your purchase gives you access to one audio recording and a sequence of guidance emails designed to support your personal experience of the programme. No live sessions, community access, or ongoing support are included unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase DramaKiller independently. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase on your behalf and accepts these Terms & Conditions in doing so. DramaKiller is not intended for children under 13.

4. Pricing & Payment
DramaKiller operates on a two-stage pricing model:
• Entry fee: A non-refundable $3 payment grants you access to the full programme and email sequence.
• Evaluation payment: After completing the programme, you are invited to pay what you feel the experience was worth to you. This is entirely voluntary and based on your own honest reflection. There is no minimum, no pressure, and no obligation.
All payments are processed securely through Payhip. By completing a payment, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

5. No Refunds
All sales are final. Because DramaKiller is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds are offered or granted at any stage, including on the initial $3 entry fee. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6. Delivery & Email Sequence
Your audio file and guidance emails will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct. If you do not receive your materials, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting me.
Delivery is handled via Payhip and email. I am not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or email provider filtering.
The email sequence is an integral part of DramaKiller. After purchase, you will receive a sequence of guidance emails that form the full programme experience alongside the audio recording. These emails are not marketing communications - they are programme content. By purchasing DramaKiller, you acknowledge that receiving this email sequence is a core part of what you are buying, and you consent to receiving it at the email address provided at checkout.
If you are based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you acknowledge this consent explicitly as part of completing your purchase.
You may unsubscribe from any future emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing after receiving your programme materials does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
DramaKiller, including the audio recording, all written materials, emails, and the DramaKiller name, is my original creative work. All intellectual property rights remain with Maria Hanidziarova.
You may use DramaKiller for your own personal use only.
You may not:
• Share, redistribute, copy, or resell the audio file or any programme materials
• Upload the audio to any platform, cloud service, or group
• Use any part of DramaKiller commercially
Sharing DramaKiller with others: If you want to recommend DramaKiller to someone, please share the landing page link only. This ensures every person enters through the full experience - with the correct setup, email sequence, and support - rather than receiving a fragment of the programme out of context.

8. Personal Use & No Medical Advice
DramaKiller is a personal development tool and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Nothing within the programme constitutes professional advice of any kind. If you are dealing with serious mental health challenges, please seek qualified professional support.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Slovak law, Maria Hanidziarova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use DramaKiller. My total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.

5. The Email Sequence
The DramaKiller guidance email sequence is programme content, not a marketing list. Emails are sent as part of fulfilling your purchase. The legal basis for sending them is contract performance - you purchased a product that includes email delivery as a core component.
A separate evaluation email is sent after the sequence completes. This is also part of the product experience, not unsolicited marketing.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing does not affect your access to materials already delivered and does not entitle you to a refund.
If you unsubscribe before the sequence completes, remaining programme emails will no longer be sent. I am not responsible for incomplete programme experiences resulting from unsubscribing early.

Both Payhip and EmailOctopus are UK-based companies operating under UK GDPR, which maintains equivalent protections to EU GDPR following the UK's adequacy framework. I do not transfer your data to any other third parties or to countries outside the UK/EU/EEA without equivalent protections in place.
I do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

7. How Long I Keep Your Data
